Can my phone be charged?

Our through surface wireless charger support all Qi-enabled models, like iPhone 8 or later models; Samsung S20; Xiaomi MIX. Please contact the customer service of your phone’s manufacturer for a quick check.

Why does the charging process suddenly stopped?

Please check if there’re any metallic foreign object nearby and remove it. The through surface charger will detect the foreign metallic object to protect your phone.

What about the desk’s material?

Only for Non-metallic desk, like wood, stone, platic, glass.

What’re the indicator messages of the LED stand for?

Slowly blue & off: Standby

Blue: Operating

Red: Warning

Is it harmful to the phone battery?

The through surface wireless charger can smartly recognize the Qi-BPP/iPhone 7.5W QC/Samsung 10W QC, won’t do any harm to your phone.

What is the charging distance?
